Victoria Kasdan is co-founder and Board Chairperson at Making An Impact.
Ms. Kasdan is a registered nurse, former public health administrator, and seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
Previously, as Executive Director, Ms. Kasdan led a healthcare nonprofit providing nearly 1000 low-income uninsured residents with more than $1.3 million in free care annually.
Recognized twice as one of Florida’s Top 50 Influencers, she is also very involved in community service as a trustee for Tidewell Foundation, a board member at JFCS Suncoast, and the board chair for Health Council West Central Florida.
Kasdan holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Illinois . She is also a licensed insurance agent for health, life, and variable annuities.

Ms. Lee is also the local franchise owner and Director of Inspiration of Little Medical School, which offers health career awareness and education engagement programs for young children. Prior to starting her own business Shauniece worked as a Clinical Liaison for Tidewell Hospice, and Pines of Sarasota.
She has over 16+ years in health care, is a licensed practical nurse, and holds certifications as a Dementia Practitioner, Assisted Living Administrator, and Hospice & Palliative Licensed Nurse.
Lee is a practical nursing graduate of Sarasota County Technical Institute and has a BS in Health Services Administration holds a BS in Health.

Mr. Sperrazza is Director, Strategic Account Management at Zelis, a global technology company offering healthcare financial systems. With over 27+ years of experience in health insurance administration, John is a recognized industry leader and expert in the field.
Prior to joining Zelis, John was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, where he held leadership roles in account management, operations, and customer service.
Sperrazza holds a bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and is a Fellow of the Academy for Healthcare Management.

He holds a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Illinois, with expertise in pharmacy operations, medical therapy management, and Rx compounding.

Ms. Moses is a retired public utility executive and financial expert. with past leadership roles at Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO) and New England Electric Systems (NEES). She has also held marketing and financial management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).
She has over 30+ years of experience with expertise in business plan processes, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, product development, and project management.

Cynthia Keaton has over 20 years of human resources leadership experience in multiple private and public organizations from start-ups and acquisitions to Fortune 500 companies. She is currently a Senior HR Consultant with Prescott HR based in Maryland. Before joining Prescott HR, Cynthia was Vice President of Human Resources for Dobbs Equipment in Riverview, Florida.
Ms. Keaton holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina. She has obtained multiple certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and Group Benefits Associate (GBA).

Mr. Gilbert currently serves as Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion at Marie Selby Botanical Garden. Their 45 acres of bayfront sanctuaries connect people with air plants worldwide, native nature, and Florida’s regional history. Selby Gardens is a Smithsonian Affiliate and accredited by the American Alliance of Museums.
Walter is also the founder and energy behind the Walter Gilbert Mural Initiative. Working in collaboration with artists, he initiates mural projects honoring the contributions of African American pioneers in Overtown (now known as the Rosemary District in Sarasota, FL)
